Raised in a migrant farm-worker family (and working in the fields eight months a year throughout her childhood), Veronica always knew that she wanted more for herself. And the path to making that happen? College. Veronica knew that a college degree was the ticket to a better life, so she worked hard, set a clear career goal for herself, and didn’t stop until she was living her dream.
